Eligibility

You are a 501(c)(3) organization or public equivalent
You provide direct services to clients onsite
You have a location with secure areas for art that are used regularly by clients
You do not have access to funds that could otherwise be used for the purchase of art
You are within a 15-mile radius of downtown Boston
You provide a rationale for owning and displaying artwork
You complete our simple application (see below)

The application checklist includes:

Completed Application to Receive Art
Completed Donee Agreement
Copy of a 501(c)(3) letter or other proof of charitable status
Most recent annual report (or 990 or Audit/Review statement)
Brochure or other distribution material
List of board members
