If you are an artist or art collector with artwork that you are interested in making available for donation, please:
- Send us electronic images or slides of the artwork that you would like to donate
- Digital - submit via CD or email in JPEG, TIF or GIF formats approximately 250 KB to 1 MB (with preferred 300 dpi)
- Slides - please number and make sure your name is on each one
- Please have the art framed or ready to hang (preferred but not required)
- Complete an Artwork Information Sheet
- Complete an Art Donor Agreement
