If you are an artist or art collector with work that you are interested in donating, we offer a simple process for getting involved:

• Send us images of work that you would like to give to a nonprofit. (Note: We accept digital images via CD or email in JPEG, TIF or GIF formats approximately 250 KB to 1 MB (with preferred 300 dpi). We also accept slides as long as they are numbered and contain your name, TOP, etc.) Please have the art framed or ready to hang whenever possible
• Complete a artwork information sheet (66k pdf) with information about the images. - Acrobat Reader required to view document.
• Complete an art donor agreement (76k pdf). We will sign and return to you a copy of this agreement. - Acrobat Reader required to view document.
•  Send us the completed agreement and artwork information sheet.
